The planned maintenance tasks are now in progress. Customers utilising backup-1-5 and backup-1-6 may be unable to login to the applicable backup managers, or browse recovery points until the maintenance window has completed.

Engineers will be conducting some maintenance works to our R1Soft backup managers "backup-1-5" and "backup-1-6" to resolve identified degraded read/write speed performance. No other backup managers or backup products are affected.
During this maintenance window clients with backups on this service may be unable to login to the applicable backup managers, or browse recovery points. Full functionality will be restored once maintenance tasks have completed.
