Servers Australia has been working on improving our network and infrastructure to ensure we can provide a more robust experience and a higher quality service to our customers.
As part of the planned infrastructure upgrades, UPS-A in our DC2 facility is scheduled to be replaced to provide improved power filtering and longer run time in the event of a power failure to the facility. This is to ensure continuity of service while the generator comes online.
During the replacement process for UPS-A, servers within DC2 will need to be de-energised with this being the second maintenance works to be actioned. Once works are completed within the DC all servers will be powered on unless specified otherwise by you via a case to Servers Australia.
