SERVICE IMPACT:
The Virtual Data Center (VDC) environment, all VMs, including customer workloads, will be unavailable for up to 3 hours during the maintenance window.

Customer virtual machines are intended to remain powered on through this maintenance window. The maintenance is related to the network and service provider routing inside the platform. There will be multiple smaller windows where the platform will be unvailable.

The vCloud Director interface will also be inaccessible during this period.

DESCRIPTION:
Servers Australia will be conducting essential maintenance and testing on the VDC environment to enhance platform uptime. This maintenance will include firmware updates for the underlying hardware, network maintenance, and failover testing.

This work is necessary to ensure continued reliability and performance improvements for the platform.
