Summary


Equinix will be performing planned maintenance on the security access control system at ME1 to integrate the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP) with the automated IBX access platform.



During this period, all permanent access passes will be disabled. Equinix security staff will issue temporary day passes to all permanent cardholders.



Action Required



  • Please ensure your security profile in ECP is completed before the start of the maintenance.

  • If you experience any issues accessing ME1 during this period, please reach out to the Servers Australia Support Team for assistance.



Once the maintenance is complete, access profiles will be restored.
