In accordance with the times specified in this notice, our network engineers will be conducting maintenance on one of our core switch stacks in the Syncom SYD2 facility. We've discovered a software bug with the firmware version that we are currently running, so we will be installing a newer version to resolve this.

We expect services that are directly connected to this to be impacted for up to 10 minutes while the switch reloads.
