Due to the incident today in our Syncom SYD2 facility (https://status.mysau.com.au/incidents/fjcn5k5tk5jc), engineers will upgrade the firmware on our Switching Stack to the latest recommended version as a precaution to prevent any further issues.

All services in the Syncom SYD2 facility will experience a brief five-minute disruption to services while the devices reload and the new firmware is applied.
