To temporarily resolve configuration issues we are experiencing on our Sydney FortiGate firewall cluster, engineers will be performing a failover and reload of our primary firewall node.

Customers may experience a brief drop in active connections during the cutover window.

Configuration capabilities on the platform will remain restricted or unavailable until the maintenance concludes.

We expect the work to take approximately 30 minutes and will provide a final update once operations return to normal.
