Scheduled Maintenance - FortiGate Firewalls

Scheduled Maintenance Report for Servers Australia

Completed

HA sync has now been successfully restored without requiring vendor assistance.

We will be engaging with the vendor to investigate the cause of the upgrade failure and determine steps to prevent recurrence in future attempts.

A new maintenance window will be scheduled once we are ready to proceed with the upgrade again.

Update

An issue has been identified with the firewall upgrade process. We do not anticipate any disruption to services at this time, though the active-passive cluster is currently operating under reduced redundancy due to running on a single active node.

We are currently working through troubleshooting and will provide updates as available.
