During the times listed in this notice, network engineers will be installing firmware updates on several switches in our New Zealand POP.

All services will experience a brief disruption of up to 10 minutes while the switches are reloaded.

We will make every effort to minimise downtime and complete the work as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team via the MySAU portal.
