We will be undertaking maintenance work on the dedicated servers and private cloud services at the Equinix SY4 data centre within the time frame outlined in this notice.
The maintenance work will involve two key procedures: Firstly, the physical relocation of select dedicated servers from one rack to another within the SY4 data centre. Secondly, the migration of all edge storage switches on to a new core switch cluster.
If your services require physical relocation, you can anticipate a downtime of approximately 45 minutes per service. We will be proactively reaching out to clients who will be directly impacted by this operation.
As per other services that are not required to be physically moved, we do not anticipate any significant service impact. However, should any downtime be necessary, it will be kept under 15 minutes per service.
