Servers Australia will be performing planned software updates to our NetApp ONTAP storage platforms as part of our ongoing commitment to platform reliability, security, and performance.
These upgrades are expected to be non-disruptive, with NetApp ONTAP and NetApp’s high availability architecture designed to support in-service software updates while customer workloads remain online.
This built-in redundancy allows storage services to continue operating during the upgrade process under normal conditions, minimising the risk of interruption to hosted services.
Our engineering team will actively monitor the environment throughout the maintenance period to ensure the updates are completed safely and successfully.
