Monitoring
We have identified the issue and implementing a fix, will continue to monitor the Edge switch ES-6-1009-P1 for further issues.

Investigating
We are investigating reports of the switch located at SY3 Rack 1009 went offline, causing a disruption in the network services for the connected devices/users. The issue was identified when automated monitoring systems indicated a loss of connectivity.

We will provide further updates within 30 minutes.
