During the maintenance window advised, our network engineers will upgrade firmware on the core switch stack and two edge switches located in the Equinix SY3 facility.
Important Information — Single Uplink Customers: If your services are single uplinked to our core switch, you will receive direct contact with more specific information to help manage potential impacts.
— Dual Path iSCSI Connections: Customers lacking dual path configurations on their iSCSI connections may experience up to five minutes of downtime on their storage service. To mitigate this, please ensure your dual path setup is configured properly. More information can be found here.
