During the times listed in this notice, network engineers will be replacing several switches in our New Zealand POP to consolidate services and remove legacy hardware.

All servers connected at 1G will be impacted by this maintenance. Services affected by this maintenance are expected to experience downtime of up to one hour within the scheduled window.

We will make every effort to minimise downtime and complete the work as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team via the MySAU portal.
