Services in Equinix SY4 have been fully operational as of approximately 02:45 AEDT, and engineers have been monitoring the situation which has remained stable for the last 30 minutes.

Further works regarding this maintenance have been postponed while we engage vendor support to troubleshoot the issue. Further details will be provided in another scheduled maintenance window.

Engineers have enacted the rollback plan as the proposed changes did not complete successfully. We are currently working to restore to the previous operational state.

During the times listed in this maintenance, engineers will be performing firmware upgrades to our core switching in the Equinix SY4 facility. During this window, services in this facility may be unavailable for up to 5 minutes. The purpose of this change is to bring the firmware of core switching devices forward to improve device stability and enable us to better deliver services in this location.

Customers utilising the Servers Australia Private Cloud or HADRaaS, will be migrated to secondary operational environments to minimise or eliminate the impact of this maintenance, and will be contacted directly, prior to work being carried out.
