During the times listed in this emergency maintenance window, engineers will be investigating and performing works on an optical interconnect between Equinix SY3 and Equinix SY4.

This link carries backhaul traffic between SY3 and SY4. The link has gone offline during the day and has failed over to one of the redundant paths with no loss in services.

This is purely a notice to advise that we will be investigating the loss of some redundancy and resolving it during the maintenance window. There will be no service disruption during this time.
