Scheduled
Servers Australia Engineers will be invoking an emergency maintenance window to move a spam filter service node between environments. This is intended to assist with alleviating recent degraded performance seen by some users of the filtering platform.

The maintenance is expected to last 45 minutes until 10:45 PM AEDT. During this time, the spam filter will continue to function on service nodes that are not within the scope of this maintenance. While no direct customer impact to the spam filter is expected, users may see degraded or reduced performance of mail filtering during this time while the cluster operates in a degraded state.

Once maintenance completes, the service node will brought back into production and returned to operational status.
