Description:
Network engineers have been alerted to connectivity issues in NextDC M1.

We are troubleshooting this and will provide further updates ASAP.

Engineers have confirmed all services have now been restored.

An RFO will be provided within the next 7 business days.

Engineers are continuing to work on this issue with NextDC.

Once more information has been provided, we will advise of an ETA for restoration.

Engineers have isolated the fault to the Meet Me room within NextDC M1. They are presently en-route to restore services.

ETA for restoration is within the next 20 - 30 minutes.

Engineers are still working on this fibre cut. Technicians are now on-site at NextDC M1 investigating the fault.

Unfortunately we have been un-successful restoring connectivity in the intrim.

Engineers are working on a temporary solution to resolve this whilst the fibre cut is being evaluated and repaired.

We are expecting a solution in place by 13:40 which will see customer services back online. Further updates will be provided.
